Access is available on the day for the styling of your wedding.

Our in-house wedding coordinator and wedding team will be on hand throughout your celebrations.

CEREMONY LOCATIONS

Included in your wedding price is The Secret Garden seating 140 guests. The garden is lined with trees, white flowers and foliage. For Blessings all areas of Gileston Manor gardens are available, ie; front & lower lawns, walled garden, rookery, Vista and the covered Secret Garden. For Church ceremonies there is an added extra cost paid direct to the Church.

THE GARDENS

Gileston Manor gardens are available to you and your guests throughout your stay – beautiful locations for your arrival drinks. Your drinks package includes – a clothed table for fizz, a kilner water station, both inclusive of glasses and two ice-filled wheel barrows for cooling the beers. Please note, for your safety, the gates to the lower lawns & vista are locked at 9pm because of the boating lake. In case of showers, Gileston umbrellas are placed around the gardens.

WEDDING BREAKFAST

Wedding breakfast in the lotus marquee for up to 140 guests, to include two 10 foot blossom trees, round tables seating 12 guests (trestle tables are also available) cross-back chairs, floor length table linen, napkins, all glassware, wine coolers, water bottles, cake table & knife, dessert tables, gift table, blankets in baskets, four easels, zone array music system and the fully staffed Gileston marquee bar, two French style sofas for the bar area, four cocktail tables, sets of outside bistro tables & chairs and evening garden seating.

OVERNIGHT STAY

5* Luxury accommodation for 40 guests for three nights, staying in both the Queen Anne Grade II listed Manor House & our beautifully converted outbuildings – please see our accommodation for details.

Your 3 night Exclusive Wedding allows you to extend your Wedding celebrations to spend some quality time with your Bride Tribe the day before your wedding – welcome your guests or family back to the estate the day after, for lunch in the Secret Garden or al fresco dining and games on the lawns.

Our exclusive Three Night Wedding allows you that special time to make lasting memories with those who mean the most.

THE DAY BEFORE…

  • Gather family & friends from 2pm and enjoy your preordered drinks from the Gileston bar whilst taking your time to style your marquee.
  • At bubbles o’clock it’s time to pamper yourselves, pj’s on, fun & photo’s on the lawns with your bride tribe, no one will see you apart from the animals.
  • If your family choose to stay the night before, a meal by your chosen caterer can be arranged. For a more casual celebration enjoy a meal prepared by yourself.

YOUR WEDDING DAY…

  • First things first – hair & makeup.
  • Settle your nerves with a leisurely breakfast pre-ordered through your chosen caterer whilst you get ready for the day.
  • Time to say I Do – emotional steps taken to your chosen ceremony location.
  • Vows exchanged – congratulations Mr & Mrs.
  • Celebrate with your guests on the lawns, or in the beautiful walled garden for your drinks reception.
  • There are so many picturesque photo opportunities your photographer will be spoilt for choice.
  • Enjoy the rest of your day, the fun begins with your beautiful reception in our Lotus marquee. As the sun sets enjoy spectacular views shared with the arrival of your evening guests for night time celebrations.
  • And so to bed in your 5* luxury accommodation.

the following day

  • A lazy morning.
  • Breakfast with friends and family sharing moments from the day before.
  • Time to invite your guests back. Plan with your chosen caterer the options of, a traditional Sunday lunch in the secret garden, Al fresco dining on the lawns, afternoon tea in the walled garden or an evening together in the marquee, the choice is yours.
  • Or simply just relax, there’s no hurry.
